Overview and Job Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Associate at churchnownetwork., you will primarily be responsible for assisting customers on the workshop floor, both in-store and online. Your duties will include:

• Assisting customers with their purchases and providing product recommendations.
• Processing online orders for local pick-up and shipping.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy shop environment.
• Helping to track and manage inventory.
• Learning about our various product lines and being able to demonstrate strollers and car seats.
• Providing friendly and social interactions with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

• Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
